Private Consults @ XtractorPros Lab

Come learn from the professionals by attending a private 2-4 hour session of in-person consultation or training at the XtractorPros’ C1D1 Lab in Montebello (Los Angeles), CA. Training and classes are intended for operators without prior experience and will focus on basics fundamentals. Consultations must be scheduled on Mondays between 10 am – 2 pm. Full payment is required one week prior to classes or consults.


Consultation Services:

Hourly Consultations – In-house (at either location), over the phone, or video call. Get the answers you need related to extraction, filtration, winterization, recovery, color remediation, crystallization, and more!

Available Classes:

Standard Pass SPD (4hrs) – Starting with winterized/decarbed crude, we will perform a first pass on a 2L MP1 system. We will go over all the fundamentals of short path distillation and answer any other questions you may have about the process.

Color/Pesticide Remediation (4hrs) – Starting with first-pass material, we will perform the XtractorPros pesticide remediation SOP. This process will include fundamentals of Scrubbing, Chromatography, and Liquid to Liquid extractions.

Rotary Evaporator (2hr) – Starting with an alcohol solution, we will cover the fundamentals of rotovape operation and actually learn a couple tricks to improve workflow.

Catalyst Closed-Loop (2 hrs) – Two passive runs with a CMEP pump on our Catalyst 5lb system where you will learn the fundamental basics of passive recovery.
